When Wednesday comes around...

About Three years ago we decided to try making lunch at the store just to see if there was any interest in something a little different. We were more than pleasantly surprised when our Wednesday lunches took on a life of their own...People started to look forward to them..They'd ask us if we were going to have Beef on Wek next week.

Now we have a regular crowd... Jim and Karen, Dan, Lynn, Buster, Roger, Art, teachers, lawyers, bankers, farmers and cops. It's almost like a club... Additionally we now offer lunch 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Check our daily menu

Here's a sampling of what we serve on Wednesdays. But don't forget we have lunch 5 days a week!

The wek refers to the roll, Kimmelwek to give it it's full name. A glazed Kaiser with coarse sea salt and caraway seeds. You have to taste this to believe it!

Portabella Mushroom Sandwich

This is probably the best sandwich you'll ever eat. Topped with Pickles own special sauce!

Chicken Wrap

This is grilled barbecue chicken strips with the special sauce and sauteed vegetables. It is just plain good.
